photo heart friday: let’s get married

My girl and I was watching TV programme and having little talks on the couch last night. I turned to her, pout my mouth and said “Mummy want to kiss kiss mei mei”. She got up and promptly planted a kiss on my lips. Then she looked at me and asked “Mummy, is it we marry?”.

Er.... hmmm..... ok...... she’s definitely not watching programmes suitable for her age hahaha....

My girl went on to say “Mummy, is it marry then we become family and stay together? I want to marry mummy so we can stay together always.”. Mummy said “Mummy don’t want you. You go choose someone else to marry.” “No mummy, I will choose someone else when I grow up. Now I am still young, I want to marry Mummy and stay with you.” Okayy..... too much TV programmes..... hahaha but STILL my heart melted....

Afterwards, I teased her with “Come, come, mummy want to marry you”, she got up and planted another kiss on my lips. Awww.... my babe, my daughter...

the day my son said......

It was just like any other day. Farn was playing in his room with his sis. I was in the hall surfing the net. Than I heard Han cried. Instinctively, I shouted to Farn "Oei, don't disturb your sister!". DH was in the room with them, he sticks his head out & said it was not Farn disturbing the little one. And then Farn skipped out of the room and goes "Yah lor, not me hor.... don't jumped into conclusion...."

Dh & I looked at each other and was stunned for awhile hahahahaha..... "DON'T JUMPED TO CONCLUSION" okay.... don't play play hor...!! I can't remember when was the first time I used this phrase hmmm.... I think I never used it before cos too 'chim' already hahaha..... BUT definately didn't know about this phrase when I was 7 yrs old ;P. I think all those time Farn spend infront of the google box is definately increasing his vocaburary. YEASHHH...... he got it from the TV, not from reading books. Books for 7yr olds don't have such 'chim' phrase, guarantee.

Oh well, at least some good is coming out from all his TV watching :)

5yr old's 1st encounter with a breast pump

My sis gave me a breast pump last night. Farn being curious as usual asked: "Mummy, what is this?"
"Oh, it's a pump for pumping milk from the breast."
"What's a breast?" So I pointed to my breast.
"Can you show me how it works?"
"Mummy will show you when I'm using it."
"Can you show me now?"
"Now? No, 'cos mummy don't have milk now, must wait till baby kitty comes out."
"It's ok, you can use my milk."
Huh???? Mummy is speechless.....
Then Farn continued: "Can you use it for other drinks?"
"Er...... no, only for milk."
"Can it make blue berries juice?"
HUH??????????? Maybe he thought it works like a juicer.....kekekeke
"Er.....no,dear. Alright time for your bedtime stories!" With that, I quickly put away the pump in case he came up with more weird questions.
